Exactly how the container works and what we’ll cover

12 Week Live Guided Course

One zoom call per week for up to 75 mins. The learning and practices are an 8 week journey with 2 weeks of integration sessions. 

You'll have access to an online portal where you can replay the recording and other resources to support your journey.

 

Integration

Integration is a fundamental component of a safe, effective and powerful healing journey and helps you to turn your experience into lasting change.
 

We'll hold space for you with 2 dedicated weeks to process what you have experienced,  which will really deepen the work you have done. This is also a chance to ask any questions that may have come up. 

Quick Daily Practices

A range of guided breathwork, meditations and embodiment practices that you can slot into your busy day, that will continue to reset your nervous system and make long-term positive changes.

You can access the practices in the membership portal and receive WhatsApp reminders

This has been an amazing course. I hesitated to go on as was going away on holiday for the 1st time in 10yrs & had concerns that trauma would appear at an inconvenient time but Sarah assured me that things only happen when we are ready for them. The course tools actually turned out to coincide well with the holiday & be really helpful & beneficial & I could practice a lot of the tools on holiday. I have really enjoyed the course & it's given me some realisations but no unknown trauma has come up for me but it has helped with any emotions or physical pains I have had.

 FAQs

  • As we are looking to release trauma that is held at a deep level being at home provides one of the safest spaces (for most) that the body recognises to relax and enable the healing work to happen.

    Being online means you can turn your camera off in need be and 'get messy' without anyone else witnessing you, which can allow you to go deeper.

    Then, you can crawl into bed if need be

  • There is rarely a time in life that you will have a completely uninterrupted 10 weeks fully to yourself, that's just the mind trying to keep you safe again.

    All healing work, in our expereince needs to be navigated around life (unless you take off to somewhere remote for an extended period of time) and that's actually a benefit.

    Imagine if you learned to be a great meditator on a hill, it might not be that easy when you get home because of all the distractions.

    So just choose to learn around life and your commitments, try your best to protect the live sessions each week but if you can't make a few, we record everything. That's what replay is for.

  • The first few sessions we work on safety, rooting and grounding.

    On a healing journey, you will only be presented with what you are ready to handle. 

    We will be working on supporting symptoms not reliving traumatic memories.

    If anything does feel overwhelming, reach out for further support in the 1:1 session, use the techniques you will learn to bring you back to the present moment so that you embody safety.

  • Yes the fear of judgement, we are all working through that one, we feel you.

    We can only say that geniune heart to hearts have worked with us with this one......if you need to tell them at all? If they don't live with you, it can be your thing!

    'Can I chat with you about something that's important to me? Is now good or another time? I'm a bit nervous actually, could you do me a favour and just listen to start with'

    'I've realised we all have some many deep layers from our past and sometimes I've noticed it impacts me now. For example when I'm impatient I think it's not about that moment but a reminder of something from my past...I'd like to do some work on it to bring more harmony to our relationship. Would you support me if I chose to do that?

  • I can't afford it

    Sometimes that is the truth and we make peace with that. Sometimes we really believe that and then we spend the same amount or more or something else that 'crops up'

    We chatted about this on retreat in circle. If we don't spend some of our money on ourself or self development it gets spent anyway. The greatest investment is in yourself and we have payment plans available if you would like to pay over 4 months.
