This is a slow and relaxing session that fuses breath practices, floor based yoga poses that aim to unwind and relax muscles and meditation to clear the mind.
Yoga equipment is provided inc bolsters, eye pillows and mat. Please bring a blanket.
The location is a small home studio and spaces are very limited.

A deeply relaxing class suitable for all yogi’s.
Expect a little bit of everything – the class combines breathing techniques, long holds and props like blocks, bolsters and blankets. The props support different body parts so that you can sink into each posture, stretch passively and let go of all tension. As your heart rate slows, you’ll also quieten the mind.
This is a very intimate class in held at my healing space so there is attention for everyone and hands on support if you would like it.

A 45 minute Hatha Yoga class suitable for all abilities. We meet outside West Bay cafe and practice on the sand (tide dependant) or on the grassy bank.
Sarah will guide you through a gently warming sequence that allows you to drop into your body, led by the breath.
You will finish with a peaceful meditation that allows you start your day in such a precious way.
A beautiful setting to soak up the enlivening benefits of practising Yoga in nature.
