On the shortest day of the year, the winter solstice marks the end of Autumn and beginning of winter. Across Europe; early pagan winter solstice traditions celebrated the “birth of the sun”, and many were held inside and around saunas. Come and experience the power of Cacao, follow the ceremony to set intentions and renew yourself, at the same time as using the sauna’s heat and the cold plunge barrels to reset physically and find inner-calm.
