As we sit within the energy of winter, we invite you to come gather in ceremony to focus on finding focus in your life & setting intentions to help manifest a life in balance under the new moon.
✨ After drinking a cup of ceremonial cacao, space will be held for you to connect with an intention, the therapeutic effects of sauna and cold water immersion will support you in deep relaxation.
✨ Oracle and guidance will be in full flow allowing us time to share our experience, whilst deepening your intentions with breath work and soul inquiry prompts.
As a cacao carrier, I am pleased to witness the happiness, peace and healing that happens in 1:1 treatments or group circles when cacao is present.
