“Life begins & closes with the breathe….but what about that time in between ?”

— Sarah King

Like the sound of;

Healing from a cellular level up?

Deep restful sleep?

A clear focused mind?

Better digestion?

Spiritual alignment?

Anxiety & depression symptoms improving?

We can tune into healthier living simply with correct & full breathing.

Are you taking the time to consciously breathe?

When we are nervous, anxious & stressed our breath shallows & quickens. We take in less oxygen & the brain receives a signal that we are in distress & the fight, flight or freeze side of our nervous system is switched on.

We are now in survival mode.

We need to tone down the over reactive part of our nervous system & turn up the healing system.

We can do this with our breath. Do it with me now….close your eyes off, place your hands on your lower belly & breathe into this space. Slow the breathe down, inhaling & exhaling through the nose.

What happened? Did you feel the calmer effect?

With the breath we can affect the body & the mind.

With consistent practice & guidance you will shift your health into a balanced state.

With time you can master the breath. This is a major skill that helps us become a healthy, happy, high-performing individual and enhance every aspect of your life.

We can thrive.

We offer a variety of ways to use breath practices; depending on your current experience.
